PracticeEnglish.online is primarily an educational platform that provides free English learning content, including articles and explanations. We also offer optional paid English practice sessions for learners who wish to practice speaking with instructors.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to paid services and does not affect access to free content on the website.


Refund Eligibility for Paid Practice Sessions

We want learners to feel comfortable trying our paid practice sessions. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • First-time users may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided they are not satisfied with their initial session.

  • Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered within 7 days of purchase if one or more sessions have already been attended.

  • No refunds are provided after 7 days from purchase or once more than 50% of the purchased sessions have been completed.

Refund eligibility is evaluated based on session usage and service delivery.


How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Cancellation of Paid Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us via email.

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be sent at least 5 days before the next billing date.

  • After cancellation, access to paid services remains available until the end of the current billing period.


Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases where:

  • Requests are made beyond the eligible refund window

  • A significant portion of the paid service has already been delivered

  • Services have been fully utilized

Cancellation:

However, please note that we can only cancel subscriptions under special conditions and after approval. Here are the timelines for requesting a cancellation of your subscription-
1. For new sign ups within 3 days of signing up.
2. ⁠For renewals no later than 5 days prior to subscription renewal date

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been processed. Once you have subscribed and made a payment, you will have access to our platform for the duration of your subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to our platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

Exceptions:

In certain cases, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion, such as in the case of a technical error or malfunction that prevents you from accessing our platform. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our refund policy guidelines.
